Use this product mostly to have long conversations with clients. The hands-free headset makes multi-tasking easier. An extended cord for the headset makes it ideal to move around the office while on the phone....more productivity. Now we need a blue-tooth version.

This is the second one of these that I've purchased, and I really like it a lot. I use it in my office, and the sound quality is quite nice. The speaker phone also works really well, which I would expect since it's made by Polycom. Overall, a great analog phone for a small office that works well for both conference calls and direct conversations.
