    Ok, this is a low-end Navigation device so I did not expect too much from it other than getting me from A to B. I can say that is does a very good job. I would have liked the ability to show photos via the expandable SD slot but hey, it's a navigation system.

    I was most pleasantly surprised with: the speed with which it finds satellites, the large clear screen and the fact it was ready to go right out of the box.

    I've only been using this GPS device for a couple of weeks, but so far I am very satisfied with the purchase. Software is simple, intuitive, easy to use. Only once when parked near some high buildings did I briefly seem to lose a lock on the satellite signals. The maps have been very accurate, and updates are easy to download from the mfg's website. In sum, a good value.

    You can save enough money from NOT calling 411 for phone numbers that are already in the POI's to pay for itself in a year. Basically its pre-loaded yellow pages. Instantly find restaurants, gas stations, any amusement places, and hospital, etc. or any place you need to find FAST!

    Poor customer service from TomTom and Ritzcamera. Unit recieved broken and after multiple calls to customer support, purchasing additional map downloads totaling 60.00, Being tripled billed for 60.00 map in error, I still have a non working unit. Upon contacting Ritzcamera ( retailer) for return authorization, I am still waiting for reply 6 days laters and counting. I do not recommend TomTom or Ritz Camera online at this time.
