I wanted a spare battery for my Nikon D-90. The battery that was sold to me looks very similar to the one that came with my camera, but it is not the same and gets stuck in my camera and had to be pried out. My camera battery shows EN-EL3e on the back and the one that was sold to me was an ENEL3 (the one shown above). I live over 100 miles away from the camera store so it was not possible for me to return. Don't get this battery for your Nikon D-90, it won't work.

I bought this battery as a back-up to the battery that came with my Nikon D70 camera, assuming it would be an inferior product- either charging slower or running out of power faster. But I have found that it is of equal quality to the battery that Nikon provided in the original package. I intend to buy another one from the same company for my new camera.
