I bought this as a back up battery for my rebel xti, to use during weddings and receptions I was shooting, the life lasted from fully charged through the pre wedding photos, entire ceremony and the 1st half hr of the reception shooting almost continuously with and without the flash. About 650 shots, before I had to switch to the 2nd battery. Works as well as the one that came with the camera. And couldn't beat the price. I will probablybuy another just to have.
