I would like mine transferred to dvd at stores listed on flip website. Finally found one Ritz camera to make dvd, had to leave camera with them, and was just informed they are dropping Flip Video. Flip website says process at any [...] drugstore , pick up an hour later. I tried 4 different CVS stores, they dont know anything about this camera. Website says 24/7 support, I mailed them several times and only had one response days later. They wanted me to tell them how to process the camera instead of them contacting retailer. Nitemare so far, stay away. [$] waste of money, the only successful disc I made however, turned out nice, too bad it such a piece of junk camera and company support. Ritz in Orland Park, Il.was puzzled, but tried to help.

I had seen this cam on "Oprah", but had no idea how easy it was to use until I held it. One button operation, one of the simplest and error free cams I've ever seen. And the little arm that flips out to plug into the computer is incredibly convenient. No program to download, Cam loads clips into a file on your desktop automatically when you connect it to the USB port, loading each clip separately, just like on imovie. A small child could use and master this cam very easily. I love the retro look of of it as well. A great purchase!
