i purchased this movie to get as much as i possibly could out of my D80. it went over just the regular basics though and took about a half hour going over every little thing around the camera. for a decent avid photographer like me though there is no need for that information. i wanted to get into more advanced information. if you are wanting to learn your way around the camera it is great but if you basicly know how to use it i would recommend the DVD called understanding digital photography by Nikon... it is much much much better and more informative. plus does not put you to sleep

I got this dvd to help myself learn to use my new camera after taking an expensive class failed. It is wonderful, informative and clearly understood. I can work at my own pace, pausing when needed to check different aspects of my camera. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs extra help with a sometimes intimidating Nikon d80 camera..
my new camera rocks!

This DVD gave me more useful information than the actual manual did. Can't wait to apply what I've learned to take better pictures. Makes using your camera so much more fun now that I understand alot of the things it can do.
