    The Jabra 2020 replaced the Jabra BT250 which was a wonderful bluetooth. The 2020 was very disappointing, very noisy, poor volume, and poor connection, all the things that the 250 was not. I returned it after just one day. I used it at home, poor performance and in my car, useless. Sorry, Jabra used to be a great company.

    This is the only bluetooth headset that my husband likes - the main reason is that it is very comfortable to wear: lightweight and it stays in place.

    Very lightweight, but the signal strength can gets a little weak, which can be very frustrating because it is suppose to be a hands free device. If I have to hold the phone closer to my ear then it's not convenient.

    Very comfortable and has great volume for me once I put the old style long gel from another Jabra headset I had around the house. The old long gels are no longer supplied! To bad no one can hear what I have to say though. Lots of words dropped and low mic volume to the point that it is unusable. This is probably the last time I buy a Jabra. Previously, I've gone through four BT100v units in four months.
