This thing is almost useless with my nikon d60. It does not hold the camera in position well at all. I would not spend the $$ on this-- I would rather buy a lightweight travel tripod that works!

Comments about Quantaray Quantaray FlexPod Plus Pro Flexible Tripod:
This product is not stable enough to support a DSLR. I have a Canon Rebel XTi, and this tripod is not sturdy enough to support it. I spent a lot of time composing a shot with it, only to find out that the camera was too heavy and began to sag on it. I guess it would be ok for a compact camera, but not for professional use.

Got it for Christmas from my kids. One leg broke off the first time I tried to use it just like the other review. I threw away the packaging and don't have the receipt. Guess I'm screwed.

Comments about Quantaray Quantaray FlexPod Plus Pro Flexible Tripod:
I had a gift certificate to spend and thought that this might be worth the price. When I first opened the package I thought that the legs seemed stiff, but having never actually used a flexible tripod I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. Within minutes one of the legs broke off of it. I can't say for certain that it wasn't my fault - that is, that I didn't hyper-extend the joint - but all that connects the leg to the tripod head is a cheap plastic tab. I would recommend looking for better versions of this product.[...]

The best for this item is a digital flash or smaller dSLR.
