I've dreamed of owning such an excellent tripod. It's small foldability and less weight allows me to haul it around easily and without hurting my hand or arm while hiking. It is wonderfully sturdy and stable. My dream has now come true!

Comments about Manfrotto Manfrotto 190XDB Aluminum Tripod (Black):
I agonized over which tripod to purchase until I read a review that said "look no further, buy this one." I have no complaints. I used the tripod right away in a class photo-shoot involving lots of travel, hiking, loading equipment. It is heavier than some, but the stability is worth it to me. It folds/sets up quickly. The ball head I purchased attached very easily. I now know how much quality shooting time I wasted when the sun was setting and hand-holding was no longer possible.

With center extension it gets up to my eye level at 6'2"". Added a Manfrotto ball head to it to make a nice package. Good quality without spending more
