Has been used both at my home-based business office, and in a professional office by small to medium sized office groups. Frequently used for printing 60-70 page documents. This printer is a real work horse.
Two sided printing, while not automatic, is as easy as it could get. You take the first-side copies and place them in the paper tray, and print the second side! That's all there is to it!
Infrequently jams, but when it does, the straight up-the-front paper path lets the user clear jams in seconds, with no machine disassembly.
I ended up buying a second one for my workshop. Not as fast as many office free-standing network printers; but, there's never a line of other users waiting for your job to finish.
