Just lay down a length of tape on the item peel off the protective carrier and stick to the page. A very strong adhesive. Great for borders and most types of embellishments. Over the last ten years I believe I have tried every brand on the market including the new ATG and have found this brand to be the very best and easiest to use for scrapbooking. I will not use any other brand and the price is right at Ritzcamera.com
