Comprehensive Health Care
Basic Medical
We offer basic health insurance to all part-time associates as well as full-time associates within their 90-day waiting period. New associates are eligible to receive this benefit within a few days from the date they begin employment.
Major-Medical Healthcare Plan
Includes medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage. We offer major health coverage to all full-time associates. New associates qualify to join the plan after satisfying 90 days of consecutive employment.
Long-Term Disability
This benefit provides 60% of your income up to $5,000 a month after you have been on disability for at least 180 days.
Basic Life Insurance
This benefit provides an amount equal to your annual salary (includes an average for commissioned-sales force).
Voluntary Benefits
Short-Term Disability
This benefit provides you with ongoing income in the event that you become disabled due to an illness or injury. STD benefits can replace up to 60% of your base annual earnings. This benefit begins after you have been disabled for seven days.
Supplemental Life Insurance
Whole and/or term life insurance options. You can add to your basic life insurance benefit with the ability to purchase additional life insurance for yourself, your spouse and/or your dependent children.
Additional Voluntary Benefits
Additional voluntary benefits available are critical illness and accident insurance coverage.
Other Benefits
401(k) Retirement Plan
Our 401(k) plan is designed to help you save for your retirement and reduce your current taxes at the same time. You may choose among several funds managed by Fidelity Investments. You must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible and have worked at least one year and 1000 hours.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
This program is available for all employees to assist with work/life issues.

All Ritz Camera Centers, Inc. associates are entitled to discounts at both our Ritz Camera and Boater's World stores.
